Cancellation/Rescheduling: 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. Any changes will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No Shows: Clients who no show their appointments will be charged 100% of their scheduled service. More than one same day cancellation will result in client being prohibited to book any future appointments. Late Policy: Clients will have a 15 minute grace period. Should the client exceed the grace period, 50% of the service will be charged. Deposits: Deposits will only be required for extension services and for clients who have no showed or rescheduled more than once. The Day of Appointment: Some appointments will be longer than others! you are more than welcome to bring anything (phone charger, snacks) that will make your stay easier. Snacks, water, tea/coffee, & wi-fi are available. Pictures/Videos: if you are going blonde/copper: please wear a black top brunette/brondes: please wear white or pastels.
